Doughnut Race
Harvest Festival
6th graders held their annual Harvest Festival Fundraiser at the end of October. Staff and students brought their families to school for a barbeque and games to help the sixth graders raise money for their Outdoor Education Science Camp. The two biggest crowd draws of the night were the Haunted House and the Doughnut Eating Contest! I was too scared to walk through the Haunted House, but I definitely enjoyed watching people race to eat a doughnut with their hands behind their backs! Faces were covered with glaze and chocolate! Other children took home delicious cookies and cakes from the Cake Walk. Overall, everyone had a fun night! Thanks to the families who came out to support our 6th graders!
